At 2:55 I see the script can click to attack. It should work.
Please try Similarity 0.85.
Edit: and for Map1 Garen function, please start it after enter the battle.
The other maps can start at island screen.

Please check in-game option, if "Reduced quality" is On, turn it Off.
Can you share me your Nox graphic settings?
