You can have ankulua auto start, and auto start script. Use tasker to simply start ankulua process I'd, it should auto login and auto start script last selected.

Is there a way to stop the actual script, and start other script, or even restart the actual script, programatically, without user interaction? You don't need to stop the current script. Use dofile() to start other script. You can use os.date() to control what to do in some time period. t = 0 + os.date("%H%M") if (t > 1400 and t < 1500) then -- between 2pm and 3pm print ("between 2pm and 3pm") dofile("2pm.lua") -- do anything else end
