The auto problem in dungeons still exist even with the new version and 2.5x lag. Maybe you could use the exploration's battle detector in the dungeons instead? Or maybe force battle detections every few minutes?

I will take a deeper look on the auto button issue. Loading time might be the culprit.Anyways, bad news is I will be very busy in the next few weeks, my baby girl is ready to come out anytime now, I probably won't have a lot of time to work on the script after that. But here comes the good news, I will try to release a big update before that, and I bet you guys will love it. Ohh bad news for us but good news for you, congratulations on your future baby! We will miss your help in future events. If you have time to give us small script's updates occasionally would be wonderful, but if not, no problem, family always comes first! PS: I'll be waiting that big update! Congrats on the new addition to the family!! That's so exciting!

Explore battles and dungeon battles they both use same method of detection, by looking for the auto button. If one is working the other has to. The only difference I notice with dungeon battle is that theres a loading screen before you enter battle, with explore battle you just jump strait to battle. Have ypu tried increasing lagx yet? This is how wait time is calculated: ((lagx*2)+3). With 2.5x lag the wait time = 8s. I suggest you to do a time check starting from the moment it clicks the depart button until to auto button appears. If it takes longer then your current wait time it will fail. Also, if you're running multiple instances then you should increase lagx as well. Why dont you have the script run with 8x lagx and see if you're still having the problem.

Well with my connection it varies a lot, like 1 seconds to 10-20 seconds. From what you've said I assume it only checks for battle once after clicking Depart. What I'm suggesting is checking for battles again after Departing once a minute or so, so in the instance that loading time takes way longer than expected we have a kind of "safety net".

I can't really screenshot it because it happens randomly, at random places in the script, but the Orbonne farming script is getting tripped up constantly. It fails to enter the dungeon, gets lost in the dungeon, enters the wrong dungeon, and somehow ends up on the Esper screen.
It can run correctly for anywhere between 0 seconds to 3 hours before it gets screwed up, but it inevitably does. I haven't experienced this issue with any other part of the script yet.

Same here, with swipe mode. Not sure if it'll work with always single step mode.

Battle detection currently isn't working on Samsung Galaxy S5. Worked fine on Nox (although Nox itself doesn't nowadays) so I assume the script is optimised for emulators rather than phones. I just want it to run on my phone because leaving my phone on charge uses hella less electricity than my PCs 750W power supply! Got billlls man.

More detailed observation of the orbonne exploration :
It seems to work fine until it finishes the first run, then somehow it'll manage to do weird things sometimes. I've seen it go inside Battle INT, fail to depart at all, selecting the wrong party, etc.
As for battle detections, try changing AnkuLua's detection from root/daemon to Media projection or vice versa.

Can I make a request for a better lag/disconnect handling system? I noticed that you only rely on the delay and sometimes the script would output "Finding Rain's position" or any of it when the screen is still in loading / disconnect stage.
There are 2 kinds of lag : 1. Due to connection errors (internet) 2. Due to underpowered device
I think you should handle them separately.

Thanks for creating this great script for FFBE. I am currently working on a Custom path for Wolfs Peak Exploration to LB farm up my Cecil. It was a bit of a struggle in the beginning because Rain is not center screen. I was able to work around the issue with the findmove but this is very time consuming. A few things I would like to note:
Screen Sizing: This causes an issue until the first battle happens. It does not look like you check the screen size until the first battle happens and you check it against the Auto button. Would it be possible to check the screen size at the Dungeon selection screen?
Find Battle: I set my path up to fight the battle when it gets near the end of each Experience zone. By the time I reach the end of the Experience zone I already have several fights in. Running 30 laps before checking is a bit excessive. It would be nice if this was a parameter that could be passed on how many laps before a gil check.
Friends: I do not want to include an friends, they mess things up but if I set the filter to display no friends the script errors out on that step.
I am still working on the pathing to make the best possible and limit the single steps but here is what I have so far. It only gets one collection point and exits out Marlo so you do not have a boss fight. I record this as taking 92 minutes to complete, 26 battles and Cecil received 43 Limit bursts.
WolfPeak_Exp:right,1500|findmove|left,1|findmove|up,1|findmove|up,1|findmove|up,1|findmove|up,1|findmove|up,1|right,6000|up,1000|right,500|up,1500|right,2500|up,1500|left,3000|findmove|right,1|findmove|right,1|findmove|right,1|up,1500|up,500|right,2000|up,5500|left,1500|up,2|left,1500|right,2|up,3000|left,1500|down,1|right,2|up,1000|right,500|down,1|right,2500|down,3500|up,4|battle,lr,1977,right|right,3000|left,2|up,1500|left,5|up,1500|left,2|up,1000|left,1500|up,1|right,1000|up,1|right,1|right,500|up,500|right,2|up,500|left,1|up,1|left,6000|up,1500|right,2000|left,1|up,500|right,1|up,1500|right,1|up,1|right,1|up,1000|left,2|up,1|left,1|up,2000|right,1|up,500|left,1|up,1000|left,3|up,500|right,1000|up,1000|battle,lr,3500,right|right,3000|up,3500

Thank you for your suggestions, I will study that for next release. I don't quite understand what do you mean by checking screen size? The script never checks for screen size at the first battle, Ankulua will automatically adjust the script to work with different screen sizes. I do get screen size to define some regions when the the script first start but other than that there is no need to check for screen size again. Also, thanks for your custom map. It's absolutely helpful to others. I've updated a newer version of the script. This new version supports diagonal moving directions, you can tweak your current path with new moves to save some time in exploration.

any chance that you can 'single targeting' option for Earth Shrine - Exit? Just for the first round would be enough. That would allow Limit Break farming as well as TM farming.

kalilmorais: I'm not sure why it didn't work for you. You can try daemon instead of root or vice versa. emptii: Can you explain a little more detail on "single targeting"? Also what is Limit Break farming? What do Limit Breaks use for?
