People who are not impacted find it very easy to say, have patience........but the point is to let the developer know the issues, share ideas and probably suggest backups. Backups are important, in case of any other contingency too, this is a business in which developer is selling a service. And we rely on it, so requesting for changes should not be frowned upon.
He is earning a lot, in case you guys do not know. The community using Ankulua is huge. I myself have spent in 1000s

I am just understanding of downtime as well as I understand that after the initial thread post is made, posting more will not speed up the process. You're using a service, all services are susceptible to downtime.

Yes, i have 7 pro licenses of which 1 are for development use only and the customers running my script have pro licences too. To have a big and great service like this its not very acceptable knowing system is down only because it cant verify that you actually paid for the software you used for years. 8 hr downtime is my limit for when not only miss income but actually loose invested money and time.
Ankulua license check need to have redundancy to completely avoid this type of problems.

Maybe just check the license upon initially starting the service. But the reason it checks every time the script launches is to prevent people from getting extra days of usage from a temporary license like 1 month, etc. But what you say about 8 hours seems unrealistic. What if he went to bed an hour before this happened? He could easily be asleep at the moment. He may be at his main job. Give the man 24 hours before you start getting so impatient.

Are you telling me that people with lifetime licence don’t have this issue?

Appreciate you fixing this quickly, could you please look into the suggestions and try to come up with a way to allow single machines to be permanently use a license. It will not only solve this problem but also no license available issue. I have 20 licenses and use at max 12 machines or so ......but sometimes still the script stops with license unavailable error (I know its due to force stoppage of script etc, but I hope you can use the machine mac or ip id combination to somehow make this happen)

Sorry I would also like to ride on this. Happens to me as well, I think after I end the script it takes some time for the server to realize I stopped using at one location and allow me to use the license on another instance.
