Yes. AnkuLua can run in daemon on ldplayer 3.x. Just run "run.bat" on PC to install daemon on ldplayer.

Once the ama_daemon zip file has bees extracted you can locate the daemon for your device by going into the daemon directory (choose arm/x86, and choose one of the extensionless files) and copy it over to your device. Install SManager, this app helps you to run scripts. Locate the copied file on your device and press "run" in the app. A terminal window will open and show the start of the daemon. Just press the home button of your device and open AnkuLua Tip: You can add the daemon to your favorites in SManager to access it faster in the future. I expect Tasker to be able to run the daemon as well. Using Tasker you should be able to run the daemon automaticly once the device has booted. The problem for this method is that the device need to be rooted. And you should run the command as root. Otherwise, the screenshot and click will not works. Although AnkuLua told you daemon found.

I get errors when trying to install the daemon. I'm on an Amazon Fire HD unrooted
Android version: 25
daemon/armeabi-v7a/ama_daemon_pie: 1 file pushed. 7.7 MB/s (13568 bytes in 0.002s)
chmod: chmod '/data' to 40777: Permission denied
chmod: chmod '/data/local' to 40777: Permission denied
/data/local/tmp/ama_daemon.log: 1 file pulled. 0.1 MB/s (186 bytes in 0.002s)
Daemon installation complete.
Please close this windows. Ankulua starts briefly then crashes. What can i do to fix this?

Hum... Daemon doesn't seem to recognize the latest version of LDplayer... 4.0.37. Gonna run some more tests, but yeah, I just updated and it doesnt work:
"There is no device detected. Please make sure the USB driver installed and device connected to PC. There must be "Allow USB debugging?" dialog on the devices. Press any key to continue . . ."
(allow usb debugging is on)
