for a paid service, I am very worried to see that we have to fend for ourselves without any support or information from the creator ... neither here, nor on his website pro ... it's shameful, I feel like a cash cow ... |

Hey Kenny. Are you aware that your server goes down intermittently? Ever since you switched to the new server, the ability to login is hit or miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. You have the best script as far as having the least amount of bugs. The downtime is really the only negative, but it's a big one. Every time the service is down, your website is as well.

I love the program and the features on the bot
but the issue with website and connection is really bothersome Since we are paying money for it
website is down ever so frequently with no update and compensation

Honestly sounds like the guys website is getting DDOS'ed. His websites up every once in awhile for me which indicates it's probably not something he's doing on his side.
