I keep getting a msg saying "the following networks are connected" followed by one of these errors
imgur.com/n68jwezimgur.com/gI7SFLFI feel like it's an error that has to do with the subscription.
It feels terrible that I can't use a service that I subscribed for when it used to work fine back in beta.
As
zbel and
linjun correctly pointed out it is an issue with AnkuLua and your setup. Not K-Click. As you can see in the screenshot you provided it says "...
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException..." so it's an error caused in Java, which I have 0 control over. I can only cause Lua errors. That particular error is stating that it cannot connect to the network. It could be that your internet speeds are not fast enough, and the connection times out before it can properly connect. It could be a firewall or something similar blocking the connection. Or possibly you are not using the proper version of AnkuLua? Since no one else is having this problem consistently it leads me to believe, as stated before, it is a problem with your setup. Have you followed the
Setup Guide? Have you looked over the
Troubleshooting page? If you send me a PM and include the e-mail address that you use to sign into the AnkuLua App, I can then check to make sure it is entered correctly in the K-Click database.
Are you using the official, unmodified, AnkuLua client? The last time I saw a similar error, it turned out the user was trying to use some pirate copy of AnkuLua.
I would recommend you follow the advice provided to you, kindly by
linjun and
zbel , and report the error to
AnkuLua to see if he has a suggestion.
Just reinstalled windows for some other reason but kclick is still giving me the same error.
At least send me a link to the beta version dev.
Also, be more responsible and at least post a reply about my issue if you're going to make me pay every month for your service.
First off, I would like to point out that it's not possible for me to make you do anything. Also, I would like to point out that you, in fact, have not had to pay for a subscription at all. Since you received free subscription time as a perk for donating towards beta development.
As far as your questioning of my responsibility, by not responding to your question in a time frame that was up to your standards. I like most healthy, productive, and contributing members of society do have a full-time job and a social life. So yes, there may be a time when it can take up to 24 or even 48 hours for me to respond. Most of the time I am able to answer within an hour or two at the most (actually within minutes a lot of times)
but I do occasionally have to prioritize other things, while this doesn't happen often, be aware of this fact before deciding to subscribe or not. My goal is to give each and every customer a great experience when using K-Click so I try to be as upfront as possible and set realistic expectations on both sides of the relationship. If me occasionally taking a day or two off is not up to your standards then I would sadly have to encourage you to find a different solution that may be a better fit for you. While I would never want to lose a potential customer I can understand if you need a solution that can provide more immediate support to you.
zbel tmand54 @ anyone with the grindstone bug. I was not able to get to it on the night of the 4th as I had hoped, but tomorrow morning starts my weekend and it's a relatively quick fix so I should have it up earlier to mid-day (Pacific Standard Time). Thank you for your patients!
linjun hyukang the mystical scroll drop is an oversight on my part. I must not have had any drop during my testing. Expect to see the fix for that in the update tomorrow as well. Thank you for pointing it out
tmand54 the summoning stones should be working, I will take another look at it though. Its very similar to the mystical scroll drops so I should be able to kill 2 birds with 1 stone there. Thanks again for letting me know about the issue, I will have it fixed it the release tomorrow as with the other items.
Last (but not least),
barkingbarnacle as far as the safety of Nox. There are good arguments on both sides of the spectrum. Personally, I believe it is safe. This is because I have been personally using Nox on my main account that I started in February almost 24/7 except for patches with no problems. I play on my iPhone occasionally to do GW's or something, but I'd say 99% of my logged in time has been with Nox. Now you will see people saying things like "com2us insta-bans Nox/BlueStacks" this is because about 2 years ago there were some accounts that got banned, and a common factor was they were using bluestacks (not nox). So ever since then, there have been people that absolutely refuse to use any emulator, and understandably so. The fact is though that the ban wave happened over 2 years ago now and there have been 0 recent reports of getting banned for using BlueStacks or Nox. There is always a small chance that com2us could change something and start banning users running an emulator, but I think this is very unlikely considering they have been so lax on letting people use emulators lately. I would think they would give out warnings first at least. I do not have any inside knowledge though, this is just my opinion based on my personal experience.
