Unfortunately, since you have not reached out other than making this post I don't know what your username is to issue the refund or look into the issue. Basically with the volume of transactions my account was doing I need to provide legit business details to Paypal now. I have re-enabled Bitcoin payments if that helps. I would also be willing to take an Amazon.com gift card and those can be purchased with Paypal. PM me if you would like to go that route.

It has 3 second blocktimes while bitcoin has 10 minute blocktimes, and 0.02 cent fees instead of bitcoin's 2$ fee, while also having named accounts which makes sending more convenient and much faster. There's also the option to use BitUSD on their decentralized exchange which tracks the value of the dollar, so you aren't affected by market fluctuation. |

Nice to hear, and yea bitshares is amazing. In case you didn't know yet your account name will be your wallet adress. I have a subscription which ends at september the 30th. Will I be able to lengthen it prematurely if I send through bitshares when your wallet is ready? |

heronomex from what I read it does look to have lots of advantages over bitcoin, but all cryptocurrencies like to promise the world it seems haha. Also, yes, I can extend the subscription before the current one ends too

Also, yes, I can extend the subscription before the current one ends too Yea I know hardly any of them even have a working product lol, but bitshares has been running for years now while also having more daily transactions than ethereum and bitcoin combined without any congestion. So unlike most others this one is fully operational, but sadly not as populair as bitcoin atm. I'll extend tomorrow then thanks. |

very, very bad support. I bought a monthly subscription from you a couple of days ago(6 sept) and at the moment I can not log into my account. I wrote in support of two different mailboxes and I have not been responding for two days. the money is gone, I can not login, because I wrote that the account does not exist. thanks to the developers for their efforts. take money, I will not buy anything from you anymore.

gronny I Haven't seen an email or PM... my guess would be that the email you registered on kclickpro.com does not match the email registered on AnkuLua. Without further details I cannot say for certain though. If you PM me the email you use to login to the AnkuLua app I can verify it matches k-click's records. Alternatively, I can issue you a refund. Whichever you prefer. Just let me know.
