You can use my bot (http://ankulua.boards.net/thread/1258/summoners-quiz-solver-month-trial). The free version of the bot contains an improved version of PalPowerUp, which can power up and sort out your runes.
You can't set which runes it sorts out in the free version, but you can set it to upgrade all runes or subscribe to the full version where you can set which runes you think are good.
