hey guys, a noob question. What is the second parameter for the numberOCR function (image)? Are they saved images of the numbers? How do you guys even generate them? My game has simple font, any OCR program should be able to read the numbers without problems. Do you have a set of images of standard fonts like Ariel, console, etc.?

The second parameter for the number OCR function is the image that you want to perform OCR on. You don't need to generate the images yourself - they should be screenshots or captures of the numbers you want to extract. You're right that many OCR programs can read simple fonts like Arial or Console. Smart Engines OCR is a great option for extracting numbers from simple fonts. You can also create a set of images of standard fonts and use them to train your own OCR system. This is called "training data" and is often used to improve the accuracy of OCR for specific fonts or handwriting styles.
