Ankulua FFBE Error?

Good evening guys, I'm new here and also new to using the Ankulua program. I have recently been able to get the FFBE farming script to run, but when I do, It will choose the dungeon that I want and then thats how far it goes. It just stops and doesn't do anything else. I also want to note that once I do hit the play button, it will say "Superuser access granted". Its the system granting root access to Ankulua but it keeps popping up with that message once I activate the script. Do you think that might have to do with it just stopping all the sudden?
I feel like I'm so close as this seems like the perfect method to do TMR farming. 


Is there any way that I can solve this issue? Any type of assistance would be much appreciated.
