Hi ankulua,
1. Which it better to develop and capture picture for dimension 16:9 for multi dimension: a. 1280 x 720 x 240 dpi b. 1920 x 1080 x 240 dpi c. 2560 x 1440 x 300 dpi d. or ...?
2. Is Bigger DPI better?
3. How do i set CompareDimension and ScriptDimension for no.1? Settings:setCompareDimension(true,600)
Settings:setScriptDimension(true, 600)
Thanks

Smaller is faster. Also, both settings are for width (in this case, it's 720) so there. The height will be scaled accordingly.
Not sure if AnkuLua scales for different aspect ratios too with the height.

Yes. Smaller is faster. Both settings are for width. But the values depend on screen rotation. For 1280x720, it's 720 in portrait mode. And it's 1280 in landscape mode. AnkuLua scales width and height the same ratio, a.k.a. keeps the aspect ratio. You can find the operation principle here ankulua.boards.net/thread/39/scripts-optimization

If I set width 1280 then the app change it to landscape mode then the width is 720. Do I use 1280 or 720 in comparedimension?

Always use the game's width.

Normally, it's hard. It would be easier to modify the 16:9 script to a independent 4:3 script. You may also need to crop all the images.
