Hi,
I've been getting a permission denied since the last update of my ROM. Android 7.1.1 on a Onplus 5. It's a runtime error: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /data/local/tmp/rootankulua.raw (Permission denied) I just reinstalled the application and gave it root permission. I checked the folder and the file is there. I tried renaming the file and saw that the app created a new file on this location, file size 7.9 MBs. I tried giving the file 777 permission but same error. Any ideas on what I could do? Thanks.

The calculator plus script gives me the same error as well.

Make sure /data, /data/local and /data/local/tmp are all with 777 permission.

They are. Double checked, set to 777 again. Same error.

I've tested with a different su binary, and with or without namespace separation, still no luck. Weird thing is, when I select to browse files as super user, the I can't see any of the files, even in the script folder. Does that give you any idea?

Is su in the default path? Try copying su to /sbin.

Su is in the sbin folder. I've tried with Magisk 14.0 and SuperSu 2.82. On the SU logs I see the commands being executed, as well as the output from AnkuLua, but AnkuLua keeps saying it doesn't have access. When browsing as root it shows the ls command and the output, but it doesn't show on the AnkuLua app the files. When I run the script it shows the command to remove the rootankulua.raw file as well as creating a new one, which happens, but I get the message it doesn't have access.

Tried several root files and no use. When I run the script or open the file browser I get the message saying ankulua was granted super user rights, then receive the error message.

You can try media projection in AnkuLua settings.

I flashed the new OS update and flashed supersu binary first. It seems to have fixed the problem, although SW now detects my root. I then installed just the magisk manager, to try to hide the su, but it didn't work. Root cloak didn't work as well, gonna try to flash magisk su again and see if it breaks.

I had this very same problem and looks like I made it work. Make sure to set permissions to 7777 not only 777.Screenshot1
Edit: As it turns out you only need to make sure that ankulua.raw and/or rootankulua.raw have 777 permissions, no need for 7777. Screenshot2
